Prints merge with Affinity Photo filters

To post images to this blog I photograph my artwork and use software to straighten and color correct it to match the actual piece. I photograph many pieces that I don't post or even use. But during the pandemic, I worked mainly from home; the school and print shop on campus were closed. I started learning Affinity Photo, combining some of these unused images to create new pieces.  This piece above was a combination of a relief print, a collograph and applied filter. 

Is it legitimate art when the artist uses software to create something new. I think so. You? And how do you set the value of art created with software?
Digital art started selling in 2014, and in 2021 exploded when a JPG file made by Mike Winkelmann - sold for over $60 million dollars. The digital collage entitled "Everydays – The First 5000 Days" is made from 5000 images Mr. Winkelmann captured and posted online every day since 2007. Software was used to create or "Mint" the image. Read more on this in an article the New York Times ran March 11, 2021. ​
